Connecting to a Computer or Laptop:

Please shift Mode to "OFF or SETUP", and connect the camera to computer with USB cable, the camera LCD willshow "MSDC prompt This indicates
connecting successfully. And then read or copy the data in SD card to the computer. The camera stores photos and videos in the folder \DCIM in the SD card.
1. Connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable.
2. The camera switches on automatically in the USB mode, irrespective of the selection on the mode switch.
3. The camera installs itself on the computer as an additional drive under the name "Removable storage device"
4. Double click on the device to detect the folder "DCIM*
5. The photos and videos are in the sub folders of the "DCIM" folder.
6. You can copy or move photos and video files on the computer. Alternatively, you can insert the memory card in a card reader on the computer.

JDL201, LK227, LK226 photos in .jpg format and/or videos in .avi format. The trail camera stores photos and videos in the folder \DCIM\100MEDIA in the SD card. Photos are saved with file names like DSCF0001.JPG and videos like DSCF0001.AVI. The AVI video files may not be supported by standard windows video. We recommend VLC or Irfanview player.

KJK228 photos in .jpg format and/or videos in .MP4 format. The trail camera stores photos and videos in the folder \DCIM\100MEDIA in the SD card. Photos are saved with file names like DSCF0001.JPG and videos like DSCF0001.MP4. The MP4 video files can be played back on most popular media players, such as Windows Media Player, VLC, QuickTime, etc.
